Spruce is committed to working for social justice through strengthening relationships.
Realigning: Spruce begins with an appreciation for the system before suggesting any change. It can be challenging to choose to turn towards difficulty with curiosity and care. We establish practices to restore trust and realign to the mission. Not only does Spruce support existing projects, but we also create opportunities to bring people together to practice community.
