Welcome to Spruce.
Spruce offers attentive accompaniment through life transitions.
I partner with people during times of meaningful change — facilitating connection, clarifying direction, and inviting new possibilities to emerge.
I work with individuals, families, and small groups navigating periods of change — including aging, caregiving, downsizing, grief, and end-of-life considerations. My approach brings presence with structure to moments that can feel overwhelming or undefined, integrating emotional support, practical guidance, and thoughtful facilitation.
This work is relational and in-person. It may include showing up alongside clients in their homes and communities — helping to organize a transition, prepare for an event, accompany someone to appointments, tend to a space, or simply be present while difficult or meaningful tasks unfold. Spruce is rooted in care, dignity, and partnership — meeting people where they are, and walking with them as they move forward.
As the founder of Spruce, my strength is listening for the fuller, more robust option and then providing creative support and encouragement. I believe we generally have everything we need and prefer to amplify what is already working. As a therapist, I like to reframe challenges the ways that parts of ourselves are trying to meet our needs. Working with communities, I take a similar approach and begin by seeking to understand and honor the wisdom of the current structures and dynamics before suggesting change. When attending to space—the containers of our lives and relationships—I prefer to remove and rearrange rather than redecorate. To Spruce is to clear and strengthen for vibrant alignment and flow.
