Welcome to Spruce.

Spruce offers attentive accompaniment through life transitions.

I partner with people during times of meaningful change — facilitating connection, clarifying direction, and inviting new possibilities to emerge.

I work with individuals, families, and small groups navigating periods of change — including aging, caregiving, downsizing, grief, and end-of-life considerations. My approach brings presence with structure to moments that can feel overwhelming or undefined, integrating emotional support, practical guidance, and thoughtful facilitation.

This work is relational and in-person. It may include partnering with clients in their homes and communities — helping to organize a transition, prepare for an event, tend to a space, or simply being present as difficult or meaningful moments unfold. Spruce is rooted in care, dignity, and partnership — meeting people where they are, with reverence for the reality of impermanence and the eloquent journey of loss and change.

Spruce is anchored in the practice of clarifying what matters and strengthening what is already strong. I listen for the deeper intention beneath a transition and bring presence with structure to guide a practical process that feels aligned, steady, and clear.
